As an educated & licensed professional I am here to serve you with excellence & empathy to bring your nail goals to life. To preserve mutual respect and dignity, there are some essential common courtesy expectations outlined. If this policy is violated at any moment before, during or after your service appointment, I reserve the right to terminate the process whether fulfilled to completion or not with a fee issued to your card on file for intentional disruption of business operations. Interactions must be respectful and courteous in nature of verbal language, body language and vocal tone before, during and after your service(s) in a form that does not violate or infringe the constitutional rights of either party involved. Abrasive, aggressive, disrespectful, condescending, disparaging, derogatory, hateful, slanderous, libelous and discriminatory speech, connotations, and behavior that inevitably disrupts the business and/or violates/ infringes constitutional rights will not be tolerated at any time before, during or after your service(s). Behavior that continuously disrupts the flow of your service will not be tolerated. Violation of this specific policy will result in cancellation of current service at whatever stage of the process it is in, forfeiture of your deposit & a $60 penalty fee issued to your card on file for intentional disruption of business operations in addition termination of all future services & business interactions. No exceptions. You will have 24 hours to give me notice that you would like to cancel your appointment. If I am not made aware prior to the 24 hour mark, you will be charged 50% of your full service. My clients have a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive to your appointment later than 15 minutes, but before 20 minutes, you will be charged a $10 late fee. If you arrive past 20 minutes your service will be cancelled and we will have to reschedule.
